Recommended concrete pours aka placement aka cast in place (CIP). Start on a straight run in the middle of the foundation because the corners need to be a monolith for strength. Your CIP sequencing will be determined by the exisiting site conditions and concrete truck and or conrete pump paths and positioning. If there is a tree line or side walk where the concrete truck or pump cannot reach, plan on constructing the footing forms so there is a clear, unobstructed path for your concrete trucks. Mounding with structural fill over the footings is also an alternative. Remember though, this will cost your site contractor time and money so try to avoid unanticipated scope / assistance from the trades.
